Getting it done:
In a food processor, add besan, Atta, Ginger, Onion, Green Chillies, Salt, Coriander seeds, Cumin Seeds, Coriander, Ajwain Leaves. Put the lid on and mix the Atta, Add water gradually to knead the dough.
Make sure you add the water little by little. Once your dough is ready, rest it for 45 minutes to an hour.
Now make small dough balls and roll them out into a parantha. Use butter to make your dough pockets.
Roll out the Parathas and cook them. they're ready to be served with your favourite Achaar and Dahi.
