Bread Rasmalai Recipe | Instant Rasmalai | Easy & Quick Indian Dessert | Stuffed Rasmalai Recipe
Getting it done:
Take a couple of tablespoons of water and pour a litre of milk in a pan. Boil and reduce the milk down to half the volume. Now add half the crushed dry fruits and saffron(soaked in a couple of tsp of milk) and raisins. Boil it until it starts to thicken up. Once done, take the milk out in a bowl and refrigerate to give it time to thicken further.
Now take 4 slices of bread and cut rounds with a steel glass or a bowl. take the other half of crushed nut, and add a little bit of malai in it and give it a mix. Stuff the bread pieces with the dry fruit filling and seal with cold milk.
Now put the chilled rasmalai on top and chill for a couple of hours before serving and winning hearts.
